Responsibilities:Customer Engagement:Act as the main point of contact for HNI and retail customers. Build and maintain string, long-term customer relationships through regular communication and engagement. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Sales and Product Knowledge:Stay update on the full range of company products and services. Provide detailed information about offerings to customers and tailor solutions to meet their needs. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to maximize revenue.

CRM Management:Utilize CRM software to manage and track customer interactions, preferences and feedback. Maintain accurate and updated customer records. Monitor customer engagement metrics and generate actionable insights.

Proactive Customer Tracking:Monitor customer journeys and proactively address potential concerns or needs. Anticipate and fulfil customer requirements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Reporting and Feedback:Prepare and present regular reports on customer satisfaction levels, trends & insights.

.Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on service design and suggest improvements. Work closely with the product and operations teams to develop innovative solutions based on customer input. Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, marketing, public relations, communications/media, management or related fields .

Masters and PG Diplomas a plusCustomer-Centric Approach: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to understand customer needs and match them to suitable products. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, Experience Microsoft Office suite. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in tracking accounts, sales metrics, and product interest, ensuring smooth follow-up and conversions.

Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks and balance collections with sales-focused conversations to maximize efficiency.
