About the Role:

Revopions Technologies is looking for a highly skilled Performance Expert who can manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in paid advertising, and the ability to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and ensure efficient budget utilization.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization to improve ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to align ad content with campaign goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose new acquisition strategies.
  • Track KPIs such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketer/Ads Expert.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • Experience with retargeting, conversion tracking, pixel setup, and campaign automation.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Ability to work with data and generate insights-driven strategies.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
