  • Thorough study of the Tender document and raise the pre-bid queries related to MEPF works for all kinds of Building and Infra Projects.

  • Coordination with the design consultant for EPC projects. Verify the quantities received from the consultant and suggest changes for Value Engineering.

  • Float the enquiries for High side and Low side HVAC/PHE/FF items and prepare the comparative statement for the quotes received. Check the quotes for any inclusion exclusion and advise the Estimation Manager accordingly.

  • Rate analysis of MEPF items by the First principle method as per the applicable standards and technical specifications mentioned in the tender.

  • Maintain the data bank of the latest rates for labour, material, etc.

  • Prepare the technical submission of the Tender.

  • Prepare Direct and Indirect costs for the tender project

  • Prepare the Technical presentation related to MEPF works to be presented to the Management.
