Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic
SEO Team Lead
to oversee and drive our organic search strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO best practices, a deep understanding of on-page and off-page optimization, and the ability to lead a team of SEO specialists to improve rankings, traffic, and overall online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies across multiple platforms and websites
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists and content writers
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and present recommendations to stakeholders
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles for search engines and user experience
  • Collaborate with developers and content teams to implement technical and content-related SEO improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms and SEO trends
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, site speed, mobile usability, and indexing problems
  • Build and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority
  • Ensure best practices are maintained for local SEO, if applicable

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field
  • 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including at least 2-3 years in a team lead or management role
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website development practices (basic technical SEO knowledge)
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Analytics or HubSpot certifications
  • Experience in international or multilingual SEO
  • Understanding of CRO and UX/UI principles
