Team Lead – Web Development

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day web development activities and manage a team of developers.

Coordinate project execution and ensure timely delivery of high-quality web applications.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.

Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.

Requirements

Strong expertise in Back-End Web Development and building robust Web Applications.

Proficiency in Front-End Development and full-stack Web Development practices.

Solid understanding of general software development principles.

Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in web development.

Preferred

Experience handling and delivering multiple projects at once.

Familiarity with managing large teams and complex project lifecycles.
