Role Summary:

We're looking for someone to improve the quality of our work and our partnerships by

making meaning from, and sharing data about what we are doing and the impact it is

creating both internally and externally.

You will be responsible for:

Building, deploying, and maintaining strong monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL)

systems by:

Co-designing and implementing qual and quant tools.

Collating and analysing data thoughtfully.

Ensuring data is easy to access.

Building a culture of taking data driven decisions and making meaning from both.

qualitative and quantitative data in a nuanced, thoughtful way.

Training and inspiring the team to use our Toc and data effectively.

Spotting patterns and insights across the organisation.

Sharing insights and learning through high quality reporting.

Participating in and driving decision making conversations across teams.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

Experience with either qualitative or quantitative data, from tool design to report making.

Skill to make insights from data come alive.

An analytical and detail oriented approach.

Experience training others in MEL systems and tools.
