About This Role

We're looking for a versatile designer
who can merge
brand storytelling
with
product usability
. You'll be building our visual identity, shaping our product UI, and crafting the creative assets that connect us with advertisers, publishers, and the gaming community. This is a
hands-on, high-impact role
where your designs will be seen across everything — from investor decks to live product dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing

  • Establish and maintain BlowTrumpet's visual style guide.
  • Design marketing collateral for campaigns, social media, events, and blog posts.
  • Create infographics, diagrams, and visuals for insights, reports, and thought leadership.

UI/UX Design

  • Collaborate with product team to map user journeys for advertisers and publishers.
  • Create wireframes and high-fidelity UI mockups for the MVP ad platform.
  • Build a reusable UI component library for consistent development.
  • Design gamification UI elements (badges, streaks, leaderboards) for publisher-side features.

Product & Campaign Support

  • Produce ad creative templates and previews for advertisers.
  • Design and refine micro-interactions and visual feedback states.
  • Assist with internal documentation by creating process visuals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with developers, campaign managers, and content teams.
  • Adapt designs based on real-time user feedback and performance data.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across all product and marketing touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional design experience (startup or SaaS experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in
    Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    UI/UX principles, responsive design, and design systems
    .
  • Ability to create both marketing visuals and product UI with consistency.
  • Bonus: Experience in
    gamification UI, motion graphics, or illustration
    .
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-role environment.
