The platform also features India's only virtual sexologist, DR. Quro, available 24/7 to help users understand and manage their sexual health concerns. RxMen aims to make sexual health issues a thing of the past.

About the Role

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who combines user empathy, design thinking, and pixel-perfect execution. You'll be responsible for crafting intuitive, high-conversion digital experiences from research and wireframes to final polished interfaces.

Graphic design skills for marketing creatives and brand visuals are a bonus, but your primary focus will be designing seamless, user-first product experiences.

What You'll Do

User Research & UX Design

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are both beautiful and functional.

UI Design

Design responsive landing pages, web interfaces, and microsites with a strong focus on usability and conversion.

Build and maintain design systems and reusable UI components for brand consistency.

(Bonus) Graphic Design

Create marketing visuals for ads, banners, social media, and emailers when needed.

Contribute to brand identity and visual storytelling across digital channels.

What We're Looking For

[X+] years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showing user-centereddesign work.

Proficiency in Figma (core), with experience in Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer.

Understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and web usability.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

A sharp eye for color, typography, layout, and micro-interactions.

Strong communication skills to present and explain design decisions.

Nice to Have

Graphic design skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or After Effects.

Experience working with D2C or healthcare brands.

Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for smoother dev handoff.
