About the Opportunity

Satlights has successfully built its own core team — and now we're hiring for our first partner startup. This is a high-quality, impact-driven company in the digital space, handpicked and rigorously vetted through our Swiss-level diligence process.

You'll join as a core UI/UX designer, working directly with the founding team to design products that matter. No layers of approvals, no chaos — just meaningful problems, fast execution, and direct user impact. This is in-person in Delhi, where you'll collaborate with founders, engineers, and marketers to iterate fast, test live, and craft experiences users love.

Who This Is For


• 1–3 years of UI/UX design experience — or exceptional skill even with slightly less experience.


• Strong portfolio of mobile-first, user-centric designs that have shipped and made real impact.


• 1+ years startup experience, with B2C startup backgrounds preferred most.


• Thrives in fast-paced, feedback-driven environments.


• Can engage with users, founders, and engineers — and turn insights into beautiful, functional experiences.


• Wants ownership, not just tasks — and the chance to shape a product's direction from day one.

What You'll Do


• Own the end-to-end user journey — from discovery and wireframes to final UI.


• Work with founders, engineers, and marketers to translate insights into intuitive experiences.


• Design responsive UI for apps, landing pages, and dashboards — always mobile-first.


• A/B test and iterate to improve engagement and conversion.


• Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency and speed.


• Partner with developers to ensure smooth, pixel-perfect execution.

Your Toolkit


• Design & Prototyping: Figma (must), Adobe XD/Sketch optional.


• UX Research: Usability testing, competitor audits, funnel analysis.


• Collaboration: Comfortable working directly with developers and marketers.


• Basics: Understanding of HTML/CSS to bridge design and build.

Bonus Points For


• Experience in designing product detail pages, cart/checkout flows, and sales landing pages


• Familiarity with Shopify, Webflow, or other ecommerce CMS


• Prior exposure to analytics tools like Clarity, Hotjar, GA4, or Mixpanel


• Basic motion or interaction design experience
