Role Overview

We're seeking a visionary VP – Engineering to join us as a strategic co-builder and lead the full tech stack across our GenAI platforms.

You'll be at the helm of all engineering efforts—from strategy to execution—while shaping the future of AI products built for global scale. This is a Build Your Own Business (BYOB) model, where you join with equity and profit-sharing, working alongside a passionate leadership team building the next big thing in GenAI.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and lead the overall engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap

  2. Build and scale a world-class technology team

  3. Architect secure, scalable, and performance-driven AI platforms

  4. Oversee end-to-end product delivery, releases, and innovation

  5. Collaborate closely with CEO, product, and sales teams to align tech and business goals

  6. Represent SpeedTech in client and investor conversations as required

  7. Strategic Investment for mutual growth


What We're Looking For:

  1. 10+ years of experience in software engineering

  2. Proven leadership in AI, ML, or SaaS product environments

  3. Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, system architecture, APIs, and AI tools

  4. An entrepreneurial mindset and long-term commitment to building something big

  5. Passionate about innovation, execution, and building from the ground up
