The Banquet Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing banquet events to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, efficient operations, and maximum revenue. The role involves managing banquet service, staff, setups, and coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and supervise all banquet and event operations
  • Coordinate with Sales, Kitchen, and Front Office for event requirements
  • Conduct pre-event meetings and ensure accurate event setups as per BEO
  • Ensure timely setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events
  • Supervise banquet staff, casual labor, and outsourced manpower
  • Maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, and safety
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally
  • Monitor inventory of banquet equipment and ensure proper maintenance
  • Control banquet costs, manpower scheduling, and wastage
  • Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, statutory, and safety regulations

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities
  • Knowledge of banquet operations, service styles, and layouts
  • Planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Cost control and basic revenue management knowledge

Qualifications & Experience

  • Hotel Management degree/diploma preferred
  • 3–6 years of experience in Banquet / F&B operations
  • Prior supervisory or managerial role experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
