HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support in creating job descriptions and job postings on various platforms.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in conducting HR rounds or initial screening calls.
- Support HR team in onboarding new hires and completing documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's / Master's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
