Location: Pune

Work Type - Full Time

Stipend - 5k to 7k

We are an Event Management Company looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team for 3 months. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR practices in a fast-paced and creative industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment & selection process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain employee records and support onboarding formalities.
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related tasks.
  • Support daily HR operations and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR/Management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.

Duration: 3 Months (Internship Certificate will be provided)

Job Type: Full-time
