
Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales of our
comprehensive range of dental equipment within the [Specify Territory/Region]. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building
strong relationships with dental professionals and clinics, and achieving sales targets. This role
requires a strong understanding of the dental industry, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and
a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities within the dental market, including
dental clinics, hospitals with dental departments, and group practices.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including
dentists, practice managers, and procurement personnel.
* Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our dental equipment solutions
effectively, tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs of each client.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and tenders.
* Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the
dental equipment market.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure seamless
customer experience.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales
pipelines in the GOOGLESHEET system.
* Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
* Ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
* Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a professional and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree , BCA, MBA or equivalent to lead the sales growth
· Minimum 1 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the dental equipment,
medical device, or healthcare industry.
· Strong understanding of professional product or equipment sales
professionals.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
· Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
· Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
