We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customersproviding support, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our companys commitment to excellent service.

Youll communicate with customers to deliver a seamless customer onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in person, ensuring a warm, professional, and approachable manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and policies.
  • Process transactions, forms, or service requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and promotions.
  • Support other departments by relaying customer feedback and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Follow company procedures for data protection, safety, and compliance.
