Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Executive focused on Hardware Construction Tools to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, mid-level role requires candidates with 4 to 6 years of work experience in sales and marketing within the construction tools industry. The ideal candidate will have specific expertise in selling hardware tools, construction tools, and lubricants.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in hardware tools sales, construction tools sales, and lubricants sales (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in cement industry sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of the market and customer needs.
  • Past experience in mobile shell sales with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and value propositions to potential clients.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to enhance brand presence and increase sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and cultivate long-term relationships with clients.
  • Competency in using CRM tools to manage customer information and sales progress effectively.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve common business goals.
