Real Estate Sales Executive( Females Preferred)

Role Overview
We are seeking a female sales professional with excellent communication and presentation skills to drive office-space sales and manage the complete customer journey, from lead qualification to deal closure. The ideal candidate will have 1 - 3 years of real-estate or B2B sales experience and a polished, professional presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and qualify leads through inbound enquiries, site visits, channel partners, and corporate outreach.
- Client Engagement & Presentations Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers (CXOs, Admin/HR heads).
- Deal Closure & Documentation – Prepare proposals, manage pricing discussions, and coordinate with legal/operations teams for final agreements.
- Market Intelligence – Track market trends, competitor offerings, and workspace demand to advise management on pricing and strategy.
- Reporting – Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and weekly sales reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years in real-estate sales, commercial leasing, or B2B sales (coworking / office space preferred).
- Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English/Hindi skills; strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Professional Presence: Confident, well-groomed, and able to represent a premium workspace brand.
