Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Executive located in Bengaluru. The Admission Executive will handle inquiries from prospective students, assist applicants with the admissions process. Daily tasks include providing information about programs, guiding applicants through the application process, participating in outreach activities, and maintaining detailed records of applicant interactions. The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure efficient and effective admission processes.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in customer service or student counseling
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Any education background
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus

Probation period: 2 months based on performance will moved permant role
