Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Category Manager located in Bengaluru. The Category Manager will be responsible for overseeing product categories, analyzing market trends, and managing supplier relationships. Day-to-day tasks include category planning, procurement, contract negotiation, sales analysis, and driving category growth. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure product availability, competitive pricing, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Category Management and Procurement skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and Sales experience
- Experience in Contract Negotiation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agri Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
