Position Summary:
We are hiring a
Fulfillment Executive
to manage and support day-to-day customer operations, data management, and logistics coordination for returnable packaging. The role demands strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
We are looking for a
proactive and organized Operations Executive
to support our daily operational and customer coordination activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of supply chain operations, on-site resource coordination, and maintaining seamless communication with customers and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Customer Operations & Coordination
- Receive and analyze weekly/monthly customer forecasts.
- Create and communicate fulfillment plans based on available stock and customer consumption patterns.
- Follow up with customers for Purchase Orders (POs) and track PO quantities against invoicing.
- Communicate proactively to customers about stock-out risks and suggest preventive actions.
2. Inventory & Data Management
- Monitor daily consumption at customer plants (Tier 1 and OEM) and share daily MIS reports.
- Manage daily transactions (issues/returns/repairs) in the asset tracking portal.
- Plan and execute physical stock audits; provide reconciliation reports.
3. Logistics & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with transporters and OSRs for timely pickup and delivery of returnable packaging assets.
- Ensure on-site activities (by OSRs) are executed as per process instructions and SOPs.
- Track vehicle placements and monitor transit lead times for timely delivery

4. Invoicing & Collections
- Raise invoice requests, follow up for GRN/Service Entry Sheet (SES) bookings.
- Maintain invoice tracker and regularly review payment collection status.
- Communicate with customer finance teams in case of delays or discrepancies.
5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Submit monthly reports to internal teams and act on feedback/action points.
- Carry out root cause analysis in case of damage or repair issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Actively participate in internal review meetings and process improvement initiatives.
6. Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, OSRs, and internal departments.
- Conduct monthly visits to customer locations to gather feedback and ensure operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education:
Graduate / Diploma / B.E – mechanical. - Experience:
2–4 years in fulfillment/logistics/customer operations preferred. - Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong oral and written communication in
English

. - Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Must be
flexible
