DGM -Finance & Accounts -
Accounting and Financial Management
Sales bill accounting and purchase bills accounting.
Update tally with purchase orders (PO) and bills.
Reconcile bank statements (BRS).
Prepare monthly expense reports.
GST and Tax Compliance
Filing GST returns and Reconcile GST returns with books of accounts.
Ensure timely filing and updating of TDS.
Prepare books for ITR filing and assist in auditor visits.
Handle invoice /bills generation
Follow up on payments with agencies, vendors.
Daily accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Handle accounting and payments (such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Prof Tax, TDS);
Preparing MIS cost reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Month-end book closing including accruals, journal entries, BRS, account reconciliations,P&L & Balance Sheet
Preparation of schedules and coordination for completion of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and tax return filing
Qualifications:
A Master's degree, in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. ( CA Inter Preffered)
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
High level of integrity and ethical standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹70,000.00 per month
