**We are hiring for a Leading Construction Company**:

- **Responsibilities include**:

- Prepare reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position.
- Manage the company’s cash flow on a daily basis.
- Advise management on desirability of financing options and timing of capital acquisitions.
- Review and manage insurance coverage for protection against potential liabilities.
- Advise management on desirable operational adjustments due to changes in business environment.
- Monitor all banking activities; arrange financing, insurance and bonding commitments.
- Establish best accounting practices according tax law.
- Manage tax compliance for various states, local and federal taxes including sales and use tax, property, payroll and income taxes.
- Review budgets.
- Arrange for annual audits, reviews and income tax filings.
- Prepare monthly WIP’s and % complete schedules.
- Coordinate multi-company close, consolidations, account reconciliations and year end closing process.
- Supervise the accounting team including AP/AR/HR and Payroll.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency of the accounting systems while properly managing transactions and financial reporting.
- Review and approve timely AP payments, monitor and ensure accounts receivables are collected promptly and Payroll is processed in a timely manner.
