Position Title: Insurance MIS & Login Support Executive

Role Summary

The Insurance MIS & Login Support Executive will handle daily operational support for insurance systems, manage user logins and access, and provide MIS (Management Information Systems) support to stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, generating reports, troubleshooting access issues, and supporting business analytics needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and provision user accounts, system logins, permissions, and access control for insurance applications
  • Troubleshoot login, access, and authentication issues for internal users
  • Collaborate with IT / dev teams for access-related incidents, escalations, and fixes
  • Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from various insurance systems / databases
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Validate data, perform reconciliations, identify anomalies, and escalate as needed
  • Automate repetitive report generation processes (macros, scripts, etc.)
  • Work with stakeholders (finance, operations, underwriting, claims) to understand report requirements
  • Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, user guides
  • Assist in audits, compliance checks, and data security for user-access logs
  • Participate in system implementation, upgrades, or roll-outs (especially access / permission modules)
