Salary /Month (1200 / day)
Working time - 12 hrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a high-quality menu that reflects our brand and culinary direction
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and training
- Monitor inventory and manage food cost & waste
- Collaborate with restaurant management on seasonal menus and specials
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef
- Culinary degree or formal training is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
