Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English and have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and staff, playing a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate department or person.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and ensure the front office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area for visitors and clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and basic documentation.
  • Support the HR department in maintaining employee records and managing attendance.
  • Provide general office support and assist other departments as needed.
  • Monitor and manage office security procedures, ensuring all visitors sign in and out.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front office, receptionist, or similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (both spoken and written) is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email management, etc.).
  • Positive attitude with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
