Relationship Manager – Advitya Healthcares

Location: Ranchi

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role:

Advitya Healthcares is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to strengthen our client relations and promote our healthcare services. The ideal candidate will manage key client accounts, understand customer needs, and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Identify client requirements and provide suitable healthcare solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales and service targets through effective relationship management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
  • Address client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer effective solutions.
  • Prior experience in client servicing or healthcare marketing is an added advantage.
