- **Sales Process Management**:Implementing a systematic approach to sales, from initial contact to closing the deal, and tracking progress using CRM software.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**:Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales quotas, and developing strategies to improve performance.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:Understanding the competitive landscape, identifying market trends, and using this knowledge to refine sales strategies.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:Regularly reporting on sales performance, forecasting future sales, and providing insights to management.
- **Negotiation and Persuasion**:Negotiating contracts and closing deals, and effectively communicating the value proposition of products or services.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:Effectively communicating with clients, both verbally and in writing, and building rapport.

Additional Duties:

- **Product/Service Knowledge**:Maintaining a strong understanding of the products or services being sold and their competitive advantages.
- **Customer Service**:Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation**:Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
- **Teamwork**:Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, customer support, and product development.
- **Industry Representation: Representing** the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
