R) to help accelerate business growth fo
r Microsoft Modern Workplace (MW
P) solutions. This role focuses on lead generation, qualification, and opportunity creation for Microsoft 365 licensing, with a strong emphasis on customer engagement and solution positioning.

Key Responsibilitie
s:

  • Conduct cold calls and targeted outreach to generate interest in Microsoft MWP solutions.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers in IT, licensing, and digital transformation.
  • Understand customer environments, licensing structures, and renewal timelines.
  • Promote Microsoft 365 Business and Enterprise plans, highlighting features, benefits, and value.
  • Drive conversations around license optimization, CSP renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified meetings or demos for the sales/solution team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and support campaigns.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft MWP & Azure offerings, pricing, and competitor landscape.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide clear licensing guidance.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in inside sales or cold calling, preferably in IT/cloud licensing.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft MWP licensing (M365 Business & Enterprise plans).
  • Familiarity with CSP programs, renewals, and Microsoft Partner Center.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of Microsoft Azure services and pricing.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for lead and pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to learning and staying updated.
