Job Description:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Post Job advertisement on relevant platforms
- Screen resume and coordinate interview schedules.
- Assit in conducting initial HR interviews.
Manage onboarding documentation and induction processes for new hires.
Employee Records & Documentation:
Maintain and Update employee records in HRMS or manual files.
Ensure accurate filing of joining documents, ID proofs, and declarations.
Attendance & Leave Management:
Monitor and track employee attendance and leave.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for attendance reconciliation
Handle employee queries related to attendance and leave policies.
Payroll Support
Gather inputs for monthly payroll (new joiners, exits, Overtime, etc.)
Assist in preparing and distributing salary statements and payslips.
Employee Engagement:
Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
Coordinate birthday celebrations, festival events, and team-building programs.
HR Operations Support:
Draft and issue HR letters (offers, confirmation, increment, relieving, etc.)
Address routine employee queries regarding HR.
Training and Development:
Maintain training schedules, attendance, and feedback records.
Coordinate training logistics and support training programs.
Compliance Support
Assist with documentation for PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Support timely submission of compliance-related reports.
Exit Formalities
Conduct exit interviews and manage clearance procedures.
Ensure timely processing of full and final settlements.
Administrative Support:
Coordinate issuance of ID cards, access cards, and other HR-related items.
- Assist with audit documentation and HR report submissions.
