Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Human Resource Recruiter to join our in-house HR team at our Andheri Marol office The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding selected applicants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end to end recruitment for in house hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Schedule and follow up on interviews.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and documentation.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment (in house preferred).
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Key Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using job portals (e g Naukri, LinkedIn).
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-driven, proactive, and detail oriented.
