Job Description – Telecaller

Position: Telecaller (Onsite/Remote)

Location: Manish Nagar, Nagpur

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 (Fixed + Incentives)

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products/services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving daily/weekly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients and introduce company products or services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer questions effectively.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and registrations.
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
  • Follow communication scripts and handle objections confidently.
  • Coordinate with sales/marketing teams to generate qualified leads.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • Good communication skills in Hindi/English/Regional language.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Previous experience in telecalling, BPO, or telesales will be an added advantage.
  • Fresher candidates with good communication skills are also welcome.
