**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound calls from clients.
- Provide information about products and services, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s performance by upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases as necessary.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent communication and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve service offerings and processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

**Profile Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience of min1 year in a telecalling or customer service role, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions to customer issues.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
