**Job Description - Telecaller**

**Position**:Telecaller (Onsite/Remote)
**Location**: Manish Nagar, Nagpur
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 (Fixed + Incentives)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients and introduce company products or services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer questions effectively.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and registrations.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Follow communication scripts and handle objections confidently.
- Coordinate with sales/marketing teams to generate qualified leads.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Good communication skills in **Hindi/English/Regional language**.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Previous experience in telecalling, BPO, or telesales will be an added advantage.
