Job Specification – Telecaller

Education:

  • Minimum: 12th Pass (HSC)
  • Preferred: Graduate in any stream

Experience:

  • Fresher or experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support
  • Experience in BPO, outbound calling, or lead generation is an added advantage

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation ability
  • Active listening and customer-handling skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Data entry)
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet daily/weekly targets
