Job Description - Digital Account Director We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Account Director to join our team. As a Digital Account Director, you will play a crucial role in leading client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital solutions, and driving the strategic direction of digital campaigns and initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage a portfolio of accounts, and oversee the execution of projects that meet or exceed client expectations. Responsibilities : Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and digital needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic counsel and ensuring satisfaction with deliverables. Develop and present strategic digital marketing plans to clients, aligned with their business goals. Campaign Strategy and Execution: Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and are delivered on time and within budget. Oversee the creation of digital content, social media strategies, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and web development projects. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, technical, and analytics, to deliver integrated digital solutions.

Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of account managers, strategists, and other team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Ensure that internal teams are aligned with client goals and project timelines. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance for professional development. Client Reporting and Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data and provide clients with detailed reports, insights, and actionable recommendations. Use data to refine strategies and improve future digital campaigns. Ensure that client expectations are met, and propose adjustments or optimizations to enhance performance. Business Development and Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships, offering additional services or innovative digital solutions. Lead pitches for new business opportunities, presenting digital strategies that drive client success. Work with the leadership team to identify new market trends and digital innovations to offer clients. Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets and resources to ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality work. Track campaign costs and ensure projects stay within budget constraints. Oversee the allocation of resources and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables. ******************************************************************************
