We are seeking dynamic and empathetic Career Advisors to join our Student Counselling team. This role involves guiding students through their international education journeyfrom initial inquiry to final admission—ensuring high-quality support, ethical counselling, and timely communication at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage assigned student inquiries, applications, and conversions.
  • Conduct thorough profile assessments to recommend best-fit courses and universities.
  • Assist students with application preparation, documentation, and visa procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and drive conversions through personalized engagement.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to student queries via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, admissions, and operations teams to deliver a seamless student experience.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of student data and uphold the company's brand integrity.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned targets.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • High School Pass (currently pursuing Graduation) or Graduate (preferably in Education, Arts, English, Journalism & Mass Communication, Management, or Counselling).

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in education counselling, study abroad consultancy, or admissions support.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of international education systems and visa processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple student profiles effectively while meeting targets.
  • High level of empathy, professionalism, and ethical standards.
