- Responsible for assisting students in shaping their dream of overseas education.
- Understand the student’s interest, aptitude and skills and assist them in finding the right course and University
- Convert inquiries to enrolment and achieve visa targets Student
- Counselling, answering incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with it appropriately
- Participate and assist in the marketing process
- Assist with the student visa process.
- Guiding the student on study options available in overseas universities in UK as per their profile.
- Being well informed and updated about the admission process and entrance examinations of overseas universities
- Coordinating with students for pending documents and payments.
- Maintaining good relationships with the students and universities.
- the compliance of the process and systems in the office
- Perform any other duties as directed in relation to the job role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and internet research.
- Excellent organization skills proactive approach.
- Flexibility to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Assisting students and their parents in selecting a suitable course and university in UK.
- Carrying out assessments or interviews on the students.
- Counseling students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, and career planning.
- Participating in educational fairs.
- Reports daily, weekly and monthly status. First meeting points for discussion
- Excellent Languages Skills: English, Hindi, Malayalam
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Peoples person with good PR and convincing skills.
- Should be a quick learner and enjoy multitasking.
- Should be target-oriented and enthusiastic towards the role.
- Must have good listening and analytical skills
- Good Computer Skills in MS Office and CRM Software

Job Location - Kakkanad, Kochi and Dubai UAE

**Salary**: ₹15,500.00 - ₹89,000.00 per month
