Job Description:

Job Summary
The applicant should have good communication and analytical skills and should be systematic in his approach. The position mandates emphasis on quality and a positive customer experience for both internal and external customers.
Job Duties

•    Creating various billing reports

•    Performing research and doing adjustment as per customer specifications

•    Updating information on edge as per customer/inspector instructions

•    Meeting deadlines to provide timely service to internal/external customers

•    For this position, problem solving requires basic research and analysis for which procedures do not always exist. The analysis is general, but not routine in nature

•    Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

•    Update the management team on the status of the worked done daily

•    Must possess advanced reasoning and research skills.

•    Decision making skills.

•    Must be customer focused.

•    Need to comprehend and cater respective email request accordingly.

•    Strong Customer Orientation, understanding customer services issues.

•    Knowledge of MS office.

•    Ready to work in night shifts.
