McNamara Salvia is hiring and growing in our office in India We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Structural Engineer to join our Structural Engineering Team in Delhi, India. This is a unique opportunity to act as the primary design lead on exciting projects varying from super tall towers to complex renovations in a wide range of market sectors in India and the United States. Applicants will also be directly involved in the growth and leadership in the office.

Job Description:

As a Senior Structural engineer, you will lead a team of engineers and technicians responsible for delivering projects. As a key member of the engineering and project leadership team, you will get the opportunity to manage and direct complex structural engineering projects from conceptual design through construction. Our fast-paced environment requires the ability to work both independently and in a leadership role as part of a team.

Education/Experience:

· Master's degree in Structural Engineering

· Minimum of 7 years experience in structural engineering

Key Responsibilities:

· Preparation of engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, analytical models, reports and correspondence· Construction Administration including review of shop drawings, submittals, RFI's and field observation

Skills/Qualifications:

· Demonstrates a strong work ethic and excels in building positive relationships with both team members and external partners

· Ability and experience in designing projects from concept design through construction

· Knowledge of building fundamentals and design codes and standards such as IBC, ASCE, AISC and ACI in addition to the Indian Standards

· Experience with structural programs such as RAM Concept, ETABS, ADAPT, SAFE, RISA and REVIT

· Strong technical skills, excellent verbal and written communications

· Excellent planning and organizational skills for our fast-paced environment

· Highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges
