Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage customer acquisition, retention and service excellence. This role involves coordinating between parents, doctors, managing inquiries and promoting our various packages — all handled from the office.
The position comes with attractive performance-based incentives for meeting sales and service targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Acquisition:
- Engage with parents and new leads to promote BabyMD's services and vaccination packages
- Convert inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins) into confirmed appointments and package sales
- Maintain lead trackers, follow-ups and CRM updates for all new prospects
Customer Retention & Service:
- Ensure an excellent parent experience from first inquiry to ongoing care
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing parents to drive repeat visits
- Collect and act on parent feedback to continuously improve service quality
- Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams for smooth scheduling and follow-ups
Customer Support:
- Manage daily appointment bookings and scheduling between parents and doctors
- Assist with billing, payments and administrative support
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and service performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development or inside Sales (healthcare, wellness or education preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, negotiation and follow-up abilities
- Comfortable working from the office
- Energetic, target-oriented and passionate about working with families and children
