About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Founder and gain exposure across restaurants, e-commerce, and exports. As a Founders Office Associate, you will shadow the founder, support on strategic and operational projects, and learn the end-to-end workings of building and scaling businesses in diverse industries. It's a hands-on role designed for someone eager to learn, adapt quickly, and grow into future leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the founder on day-to-day priorities across business verticals.
  • Support on projects in restaurant operations, supply chain, marketing, finance, and exports.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and analyze data to aid decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth execution.
  • Take ownership of specific tasks/projects from start to finish.
  • Be flexible and ready to contribute to "anything and everything" that comes up in the founder's day.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.
  • 0–2 years of work experience (internship or full-time).
  • Strong problem-solving, knows Excel, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn.
