Key Responsibilities:

  • Client hosting & presentation: greet showroom visitors, understand their needs, present products/designs in a professional & compelling manner.
  • Ensure excellent communication with clients and internal teams: follow-ups, presentation clarity, customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain showroom operations: keep it welcoming, organized, support product display, assist with conversions.
  • Collaborate with team members (sales staff/designers/operations) to ensure smooth client journey from first visit to closure.
  • Good communication skills: both verbal and written, able to articulate product or design benefits, respond to client questions confidently.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in client‐facing role (presentations, hosting, showroom or retail environment) preferred.
  • Comfortable being based in-office (not remote).
  • Professional attitude, presentable, confident in handling clients.
  • Good teamwork skills, ability to liaise with internal staff and clients.
  • (Optional: any education or background in retail / showroom / interior / design / sales will be an advantage.)
  • Previous showroom environment or client-presentation experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
