Requirements

We are seeking a UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Support Consultant to deliver expert functional support and guidance for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and forecasting within the UKG Pro WFM suite. This role requires excellent troubleshooting ability, strong client-facing communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate with both technical teams and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on UKG Pro WFM functionality and configuration during client interactions.

  • Provide day-to-day support for end-users across WFM modules such as timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and forecasting.

  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and provide work estimates for enhancements.

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve functional issues related to pay rules, work rules, schedule groups, and employee classifications.

  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and UKG vendor support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  • Participate in unit testing, regression testing, and validation of upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.

  • Prepare and maintain system documentation and configuration guides.

  • Conduct client workshops/meetings to capture requirements and propose system improvements.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, Forecasting).

  • Strong knowledge of functional configuration in UKG Pro WFM.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage requirement gathering sessions and translate needs into system enhancements.

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills to interact with both business users and technical teams.

  • Familiarity with pay rule/work rule configuration and related WFM business processes.

  • Experience supporting system testing and validation activities.

Nice-to-Have Technical Skills:

  • Basic troubleshooting of integration issues (e.g., data load failures, file transfers).

  • Understanding of data flows between UKG and external systems (payroll, HRIS, etc.).

  • Familiarity with SFTP, APIs, or middleware tools (e.g., Dell Boomi).

  • Ability to perform data validation using tools like Excel or SQL.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Client-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving attitude.
