Roles and Responsibilities
1. Brand Collaboration
- Identify and engage with sports facilities, academies, and associations for collaboration and partnerships.
- Pitch collaboration proposals, lead negotiations, and coordinate joint marketing activities with partners.
- Conduct regular visits to maintain strong relationships with partners and identify new prospects.
2. Advertising & Promotions
- Plan and execute advertising strategies across conventional and digital platforms.
- Oversee on-ground branding activities, sponsorships, dealer meets, and event marketing.
3. Market Development
- Research regional and national market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Generate leads from target segments and report on competitive analysis.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports on all marketing and collaboration activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or partnerships (preferably in B2B segment).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet dealers and partners.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling responsibilities independently.
- Familiarity with government tendering processes and sports flooring products will be an added advantage.
