Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive B2B growth, strengthen brand presence, and expand into new markets. This role combines strategic marketing, client acquisition, and business development, with a strong focus on the Water & Wastewater sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing & business development strategies
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, and end-users
- Drive lead generation campaigns, presentations, and client outreach
- Represent Multitech at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
- Collaborate with technical & production teams to align solutions with client needs
- Negotiate and support closure of high-value contracts
- Mentor and build a marketing & BD team over time
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
- 5+ years experience in the industrial filtration industry (mandatory)
- Experience in the Water & Wastewater industry (preferred)
- Proven track record in B2B marketing and business development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
