Job Summary

The Deputy Manager will oversee the functioning of the Student Establishment and Staff Establishment wings, ensuring efficient administrative processes aligned with institutional policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain updated data as required by statutory bodies like AICTE, BPUT, UGC, and NAAC.
  • Draft, review, and issue official communications, office orders, and notices as instructed by the reporting authority.
  • Ensure systematic filing (physical and digital) of all establishment-related documents.
  • Generate regular MIS reports on selected jobs as per requirement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Commerce/Management/Public Administration or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in academic administration, preferably in a reputed autonomous or affiliated institution.
