Senior Coordinator / Deputy Academic Head – IPYP

Job Title: Senior Coordinator / Deputy Academic Head – IPYP (International Primary Years Programme)

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (Accommodation/HRA Provided)

Salary: Competitive – 10–15% hike on current salary (negotiable)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join as Senior Coordinator / Deputy Academic Head – IPYP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international curricula and proven expertise in managing and leading academic programmes for the Primary Years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and implement the IPYP curriculum in alignment with international benchmarks.
  • Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to teachers for effective curriculum delivery.
  • Supervise academic operations to ensure smooth functioning of the Primary Years Programme.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain the quality and integrity of the curriculum.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance student learning outcomes and teacher performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Primary Years Programmes (PYP, CIPP, or other international curricula).
  • Prior administrative or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire, guide, and support teachers and staff.

Eligibility

  • Only lady candidates will be considered for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90, ₹100,000.00 per month
