Senior Software Architect

Position Title: Senior Software ArchitectReporting To: CEO   Location: BangaloreThe SeniorSoftware Architect will be the driving force behind the architectural visionand technical excellence of our platform and will guide the technical developmentto create cutting -edge, scalable, and reliable software modules. The SeniorSoftware Architect will collaborate closely with cross -functional teams andleadership to align technical strategies with business objectives.  RequirementsQualifications  Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science,Software Engineering, or a related field. -     8 -10 years of professional experience in softwaredevelopment, with a focus on software architecture & design, and technicalleadership. Project Management Professional (PMP)/CAPM/PMI -ACP certificationor equivalent. Experience in Project Management and ProjectDocumentation. Working knowledge of Python, Django, PostgreSQL and ReactJS. Proven expertise in designing and implementingscalable, reliable, and high -performance software systems. Key Responsibilities    B2B SaaS Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding ofB2B SaaS principles to design architecture that addresses the specific needs ofenterprise clients. Create solutions that facilitate seamless integration,customization, and efficient management of our software products in variousclient environments. Solution Design: Lead the architectural design anddevelopment of our SaaS -based ESG platform, ensuring alignment with businessgoals and technical requirements. -     Data Security and Compliance: Enforce stringentsecurity measures within your architectural designs to meet industry -specificcompliance standards and address the data security concerns of our enterpriseclients. Implement advanced authentication, authorization, and encryptionmechanisms. Integration and API Strategy: Devise strategies forsmooth integration of our B2B SaaS products with diverse client systems. Designrobust RESTful APIs and data exchange mechanisms to facilitate seamlesscommunication. -     Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance andmentorship to development teams, assisting them in overcoming technicalchallenges and enhancing their skills. Set a high standard for code quality,documentation, and best practices. -     Collaboration: Collaborate closely with ProductManagers, Business Analysts, and Development Teams to translate businessrequirements into technical specifications and architectural designs. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities forprocess optimization and technology enhancement within the B2B SaaS developmentlifecycle. Initiate and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, anddelivery speed. Conduct code and design reviews to ensure compliancewith architectural guidelines and high -quality standards. Work with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD practices,automated testing, and deployment pipelines into the software developmentlifecycle. -     Emerging Technologies: Stay current with emergingtrends and technologies in the B2B SaaS landscape. Evaluate new tools, frameworks,and technologies for potential integration into our software ecosystem. Technical Skillsand Competencies Proficiency in designing and implementingscalable, distributed, multi -tenant B2B SaaS architectures. Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms(e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture. Strong knowledge of architectural patternssuitable for B2B SaaS, such as microservices, event -driven architecture, etc. Experience with containerization technologies(e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying B2B SaaS solutions. Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks,and technologies used in B2B SaaS software development. Experience with DevOps practices, continuousintegration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing. Excellent MS Office Skills. Security -conscious mindset, with the ability to implementsecurity measures within the architecture. PersonalCompetencies Experience working across organizational boundaries ona local and global basis.
