Position: Software Architect Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Notice Period: Not more than 30 days SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Software Architect to design and lead the development of scalable, secure, and high -performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET development, AWS architectures, and DevOps CI/CD practices, along with the ability to collaborate across cross -functional teams. The Software Architect will play a key role in defining technical solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, mentoring developers, and driving innovation in architectural design and implementation.Key Skills Software Architecture, .NET, Java, Python, AWS, CI/CD, DevOps, GitLab, Cloud Architecture, Application Design, Security by Design, Technical Leadership, Solution Design, Microservices, REST APIs, Design Patterns, Documentation, Project Coordination, System Integration, Agile, Estimation, Technical Workshops, Change ManagementRoles and ResponsibilitiesRoles and ResponsibilitiesParticipate in evaluating and qualifying new project requests to determine technical feasibility and resource requirements.Attend technical workshops to identify functional and non -functional requirements.Define application design and architecture solutions, including CI/CD pipeline setup and AWS service selection in coordination with the infrastructure architect.Prepare and maintain the technical architecture dossier with detailed design documentation.Support software developers by promoting standard frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.Participate in effort estimation and workload planning for technical tasks.Coordinate technical activities, propose design alternatives, and resolve architectural challenges.Collaborate with the project manager to ensure proper coordination, implementation, and testing of technical deliverables.Ensure compliance with information security standards, policies, and "security by design" principles.Advise project teams on technical decisions, tools, and frameworks to optimize system performance and maintainability.Explore and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance existing systems and enable digital transformation.Maintain and update knowledge repositories, ensuring architecture and component inventory is well documented.Identify and request the implementation of technical prerequisites through proper IS department channels (change or standard requests).RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.8+ years of software development and architecture experience, including at least 3 years in a technical or solution architect role.Strong hands -on development experience in .NET; working knowledge of Java and Python is a plus.Proven experience designing and deploying applications on AWS Cloud with solid understanding of core AWS services and architecture best practices.In -depth understanding of software design principles, security by design, and architecture documentation.Experience in DevOps and CI/CD using GitLab or similar tools.Strong understanding of enterprise integration, application scalability, and resilience patterns.Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills with the ability to guide technical teams.Strong problem -solving, analytical, and decision -making abilities.
