As a Solution Engineer – SDI (Software Defined Infrastructure) you will be a key contributor in the pre -sale process where you will act as the technical lead for our regional sales team, assist in evaluating apotential customer's needs, and develop and finalize a solution from concept to implementation. Youwill have the opportunity to work with our master architects, engineers, and consultants, tounderstand our clients' needs and craft sustainable IT roadmaps to achieve overall customer objective.The technologies would cover the following minimum areas:• Server Virtualization• Desktop Virtualization• Hyperconvergence (HCI) and Software defined Storage• Backup• DC – DR Solutions• Active Directory• Public Cloud Services (AWS/Azure/GCP etc) Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical expertise and credibility to an account team on designated focus area(s) • Conduct customer presentations on Power Bridge's value proposition and technical solutionset for assigned accounts and focus area(s ) • Assist sales account managers with overall account planning as it relates to technical aspectsof hardware, software, and services opportunity development • Assist sales account managers with project management for complex presales engagements • Complete technical sections for RFP/RFI/RFQ responses for assigned accounts • Assist account teams with collecting customer business and technical requirements anddetermining Power Bridge's recommended solution(s) • Develop solution architecture and proposal and/or presentation of recommended solution • Function as a liaison to customer technical staff regarding solution and implementationspecifics • Function as a liaison between the sales team and professional services organization to vetsolution recommendations and to complete technical portions of the SOW, as appropriate • Function as technical liaison and Power Bridge's ambassador with field OEM sales andtechnical teams • Assist Power Bridge's sales teams in dealing with customer satisfaction issues surroundingtechnical aspects of a recommended solution or its implementation and deployment • Assist in developing customer 'get well' plans, as needed • Assist sales and services management in identifying candidate solution areas for PowerBridge's development/investment • Planning and designing solutions for multi -vendor Data Center Solutions • Meet with key vendors to stay current on products and technologies • Maintain multiple advanced manufacturer specific advanced certifications  Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as computer science, informationtechnology or engineering. Additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus. • 8+ years of Proven experience in the skillset mentioned, preferably in a system -integratedcompany or IT services provider. • Professional certifications like VCP, MCSE, ITIL etc are preferred • Good communication skills • The customer -centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceedingclient expectations. • Willingness to travel (Domestic) Benefits • Health insurance coverage for employees and their families. • Retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions. • Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the organization.• Incentive structure will be discussed during the course of the evaluationRR1
